the before...
and after!
i am always willing to refinish, modify, or restore to a former glory, a piece you may have and would like to keep.
free estimates are available (to the best of my ability via pics) and will be a total cost including materials (paint, glaze, poly, stain, replacing wood, etc.) and labor.
that being said, estimates are estimates. if your furniture has some type of damage that is structural,(i.e. water damage to the top or sides of a dresser--which is more common than you might think) I will notify you immediately that it my opinion that I replace something and let you know the cost associated with that repair.
(re)purpose::(re)finish::(re)store offers free pick up of your furniture to the following towns--egg harbor twp., northfield, linwood, somers pt., most of hamilton twp and galloway twp.
(re)purpose::(re)finish::(re)store will pickup your furniture outside of these areas, however there is a 1 dollar per mile round trip charge for this service.
dropping off your furniture is highly encouraged.
just email me a couple pics of the furniture, along with your most detailed, and best idea of what you'd like it look like when completed. For example, youd like it to be painted a robins egg blue, distressed, and a matte polyurethane to seal it and brushed nickel hardware or painted a creamy white, distressed, and with the original hardware refinished somehow or you'd like a drawer or two of a dresser removed and left open for baskets or just as open shelves. Don't hesitate to ask for my opinion on what might look good either, I'd be more than happy to provide ideas or suggestions. And if I have any questions, I'll be sure to ask before beginning work.
you will also receive via email, an estimate on a time frame for your piece to be finished.
(re)purpose::(re)finish::(re)store is an honest, word of mouth business, i do as a hobby, so please understand i will do my best to make sure you are happy with your furniture after ive worked on it.
i accept cash and paypal only.
thanks!
